What You Will Experience:

• In charge of ensuring projects are carried out effectively

• Plan project schedules, budgets, and goals

• Facilitate communication across different projects and cross-functional teams

• work as change agent to Analyze risk, benefit and impact of the changes

• Understanding business transformation & implementation

• Prepare communication strategies and training material

• Support and help stakeholders on the process

• Monitor and evaluate the process

• Explore technology solutions to automate and optimize processes.

• Create any documents / administration needed

What is Required:

• Min 2 years managing projects, mostly IT/OT and/or digital project

• PMO role experience

• Experienced or involved in Industry 4.0 or Digital Transformation type of project

• Basic knowledge of data communications and IT/OT system integration is an advantage

• Involved in Change Management for transformation Projects

• Familiar with project benefit or ROI analysis and calculation

• Minimum Bachelor degree

• Certified in Project Management

• Experience in managing more than 2 projects for different client at the same time

• Understand & experience in using (any of) project management tools

• Proficient in English

• Willing to be placed in Serpong area
