SPECIALIST, PROCUREMENT ENERGY (COAL)

Job Desc :

1. Coal Sourcing & Planning includes obtaining a forecast demand from Mill and update procurement plans
2. Vendor Management & Negotiation
3. Coordination with Mill's Procurement for the execution 
4. Maintain all procurement documentation, such as contracts, approvals, shipment records.
5. Assess and mitigate risks including price volatility, changes in Goverment regulation, logistics disruptions

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree, Min 5 years in procurement, having at least 3 years in coal/energy procurement or trading (is a plus)

2. Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP, and good in English 

4. Willingness to travel to coal mines, ports, or Mills, Ability to work under pressure.
