What You Will Experience: 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., project managers, engineers, operations teams) to identify procurement needs and define specifications based on business requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers to ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and timely delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to achieve cost efficiency and favorable conditions.

What is Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a corporate or project-based environment.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to conduct cost-benefit analyses and manage budgets effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software/tools.
• Full proficiency in English or Mandarin.
• ⁠Working location: Serpong, Tangerang
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08.00–17.00 (Work From Office)
