What You Will Experience: 

• Ensure risk management are carried out and able to foresee the possibility of a risk occurring and nipping it in the bud
• Ability to lead a team of people effectively and act equally as a team member
• Establish and promote maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions in a business through formulating general safety, fire prevention and health policies and measures
• Investigate accidents, prepare and maintain required reports. Identify countermeasure to prevent reoccurrence case
• Maintain, review and report HSE performance, identifying opportunities for improvement along with implementing preventative and corrective actions as required
• Liaise with stakeholders and management to ensure deliverability of health & safety program.
• Coordinate ongoing training for safety and environmental awareness at all levels of the workforce and regularly verify that tasks are correctly executed
• Ensure the business is legally compliance with all relevant regulation and standards
• Conduct internal audit & inspection, responsible to ensure non-conformity from external audit closed.
• Suggest solutions, improvements and prevention steps for safety issues

What is Required: 

• Extensive knowledge of health and safety technical aspects
• Extensive knowledge and skills related to OHSMS ISO45001 and SMK3
• Good knowledge on other Occupational Health and Safety Management System
• Good Knowledge on Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS)
• Deep knowledge in the implementation of safety information management system
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill both English and Bahasa
• Understand the process of policy and procedure guidelines development for mill operational in the implementation of OHSMS. 
• Good knowledge in technical safety procedure, code of best practices related to health and safety (OSHA standard, NFPA, ACGIH, NIOSH, AS/NZS, etc.)
• Ability to provide detailed reports and develop safety procedures
• Understand CSMS concept, able to conduct CSMS (PQ evaluation), review CSMS documents/report and facilitate CSMS training
• Having a minimum working experience 5 years on HSE implementation in similar or relevant organization
• Education background Minimal S1 in Occupational Health & Safety/Environmental Engineering/Law and others relevant major
• Having certificate of IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 5001, etc.), AK3 Umum and risk management is a plus
