What You Will Experience:

1. Developing and executing export sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets Chemical products
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers globally
3. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
4. Negotiating sales contracts and managing account relationships
5. Providing market intelligence and insights to support strategic decision-making
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of customer orders
7. Representing the company at industry events and trade shows

What is Required:

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably export market chemical industry
2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
3. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
4. Fluency in English
5. University degree in a relevant field, preferably Chemical Engineering, Chemistry
