Expert Functional CRM Marketing

Lead and support the implementation and optimization of SAP CRM modules related to Trade Promotion Management
Translate business needs into functional requirements, specifically related to promotion planning, budgeting, and claims managementConduct requirements gathering, process analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to align system solutions with business goals
Troubleshoot issues related to SAP CRM Trade Promotion functions and provide sustainable solutions
Support integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, FI, CO) and external systems
Prepare and maintain documentation, user manuals, and conduct training sessions as needed
Ensure system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement in CRM TPM processes
