What You Will Experience:

• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets Chemical products
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers globally
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Negotiating sales contracts and managing account relationships
• Providing market intelligence and insights to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of customer orders

What is Required:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in market chemical industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• University degree in a relevant field, preferably Chemical Engineering, Chemistry
