Specialist Supply

What you'll be doing

• Analysing and forecasting supply patterns to improve inventory management and minimise disruptions
• Manages the flow of materials and products 
• Monitor, track, and ensure there are enough materials supply to meet demand 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics and distribution processes
• Monitoring supply chain performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
• Implementing and maintaining supply chain technologies and software systems
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management
• Providing strategic recommendations to enhance the overall supply chain efficiency

What we're looking for

• Bachelors degree, preferably Supply Chain Management, Logistics Operations or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain / supply planner from FMCG industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data and draw insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with supply chain software and technologies, advance in Ms. Excel
• Understanding of production planning, inventory management and distribution best practices
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
