Specialist Control Tower

Job Descriptions:

1. Monitor end-to-end process of customer purchase order, starting from orders, shipments, and complaints
2. Optimize all related departments to be oriented towards customers and company management
3. Ensure quality and price are balanced between customer demand and production demand
4. Manage and maintain production date by coordinating with production team 
5. Coordinate with logistic team related to delivery schedules   
6. Build, develop, and maintain strong patnership with customer    
7. Made report to direct superior related to purchase order, delivery, etc   
8. Do additional tasks in their area that given by direct superior               
    

Job Responsibilities:

1. Bachelor's degree with experience in 
2. Min. 3 years experience in relevant position in supply chain, logistics management, and similar field
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
4. Strong communication in English
5. Familiar with all Ms. Office. Advanced in Excel. 
6. Fast learner, good teamwork, open minded and having the mindset of continuous grow.
7. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail for managing data and coordinating multiple tasks efficiently.
8. Willing to work in Central Jakarta.
