 What You Will Experience:

• Developing and implementing logistics strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Analyzing market trends and historical data to predict future demand and plan logistics activities accordingly.
• Identifying potential risks in the logistics process and developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensuring that all deliveries are made on time, adhering to the specified delivery schedules.
• Keeping customers informed about delivery status, expected delivery times, and any potential delays.
• Ensuring that the correct items are delivered to the right locations, maintaining high levels of order accuracy.
• Planning and optimizing transportation routes, modes, and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
• Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of delivery vehicles to ensure they are in safe and operational condition.
• Developing and managing budgets to ensure that resources are allocated effectively and financial goals are met.
• Implementing strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs without compromising service quality.
• Analyzing costs related to various business activities and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Ensuring that logistics services provided by vendors meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Negotiating terms and conditions with vendors, including pricing, delivery schedules, and service levels, to ensure favorable agreements.
• Coordinating with sales team and distributor to ensure delivery schedules and service levels.
• Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, any major
• More than 8 years in managing Logistic, Delivery & Distributor Warehouse, with big numbers of goods and SKU, is a must
• Preferably from FMCG industry background
• Able to manage work relation with distributor
• Willing to mobile to operational area
