What You Will Experience:

• Lead & manage Trade Marketing department to achieve business objectives
• Develop Trade Marketing strategy aligned with the Brand strategy to fulfill company's target, execution and benchmarking of all trade programs
• Develop Channel strategy (GT/MT/MTI), lead trade marketing initiatives to ensure proper strategy to meet brand and customer expectations
• Develop Consumer promotions in collaboration with Marketing Department and Sales Department and support Market executions
• Monitor and evaluate Trade Marketing programs and activities to measure effectiveness including budget utilization, analyze and calculate ROI of each activation, promo & event

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must posses Bachelor's/Master Degree from any major
• Experience more than 10 years Trade Marketing field in FMCG company, with 3 years in Sr. Manager / Dept. Head Level
• Able to lead organization with big team member
• Business Financial and Numerical expertise
• Excellent communication, fluent in English
