Job Description :
Drive and lead regional sales strategy and execution to achieve sales volume, market coverage, and profitability targets by managing area sales teams, strengthening customer and distributor relationships, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
1. Regional Sales Strategy
> Develop and implement regional sales strategy aligned with national business objectives.
> Identify growth opportunities across regions through market analysis and competitor benchmarking
> Guide area managers to translate strategy into actionable sales plans.
2. Sales Volume & Channel Management
> Set regional sales targets and ensure alignment with volume and coverage goals.
> Oversee territory and distribution channel optimization to increase efficiency.
> Monitor sales performance across areas and initiate corrective actions.
3. Sales Execution & Distributor Engagement
> Strengthen distributor/customer relationships through structured engagement and performance monitoring
> Approve regional promotion schemes and pricing strategies
4. Reporting & Business Intelligence
> Consolidate and analyze area performance reports for strategic review.
> Provide insights to top management for decision-making.
