- Prepare and present detailed reports on category and product development performance, insights, and recommendations to management.

- Define and lead the long-term innovation strategy aligned with business growth ambitions and market trends.
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline across categories, identifying whitespace opportunities and disruptive concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to prioritize innovation projects based on impact, feasibility, and strategic fit.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives for new categories and products, including pilot test and full-scale launches.
- Monitor performance post-launch and implement continuous improvements based on market and consumer feedback.
- Translate consumer insights, future trends, and competitive intelligence into innovation concepts.
- Facilitate ideation workshops and cross-functional innovation sprints to generate high-impact concepts.
- Maintain strong engagement with research, marketing, and commercial teams to validate concept potential early.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Min. 12 years of experience, with 5 years with relevant broad/depth concept in senior managerial position.
