Graphic Design Specialist — Creative Team

Join our in-house creative team supporting FMCG brands including Paseo, Nice, Livi, Jolly, and Toply.

Responsibilities :

• Develop design concepts from brief to execution
• Create packaging designs and production-ready files
• Design key visuals, social content, POSM, and print materials
• Support branding and visual identity projects
• Use AI tools to improve ideation and production efficiency
• Collaborate with marketing, innovation, vendors, and printers

• Strong creative exploration and attention to detail
• Good understanding of typography, color, layout, and print production
• Collaborative, adaptable, and open to feedback
• Proactive in identifying problems and proposing solutions
• Able to explain the thinking behind design decisions
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily design work

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Portfolio covering packaging, branding, and marketing materials
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Experience with AI creative tools
• Understanding of dielines, color separation, and print-ready file preparation
• 3 years of relevant experience
• FMCG or packaging experience is a plus
