What You Will Experience:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for General Trade and Local Key Account Channels aligned with brand objectives.
• Facilitate collaboration between product development and buyers.
• Foster long-term customer relationships to drive repeated business.
• Design and implement omnichannel sales programs.
• Manage promotion materials, forecasting, and budget optimization.

What is Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Major.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Trade Marketing for FMCG Industry, with at least 2 years of experience in Managerial Level.
• Strong analytical thinking and creativity in sales program designing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English
• Willing to be placed in Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat.
