What You Will Experience:
- Monitor daily activities and performance of SPGs in store, ensuring compliance with company standards and assigned responsibilities.
- Collaborate with partner agencies to ensure proper SPG allocation and address performance issue
- Identify training needs and conduct skill development programs to enhance SPG's capabilities in customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular store visits to verify the proper implementation of planograms and gondola setups as per company guidelines
- Ensure product placement complies with strategic visibility objectives and addresses any discrepancies
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing and store personnel to optimize gondola and shelf space utilization
- Maintain communication with SPG agencies to ensure smooth operations and proper resource allocation
- Review and provide feedback on SPG performance reports provided by agencies
- Address and resolve any issues related to SPG attendance, behavior, or performance in coordination with the agency
- Prepare and submit regular reports on SPG activities, planogram compliance, and store performance
- Analyze data related to SPG productivity, sales performance, and planogram effectiveness to provide actionable insights for improvement
- Partner with Trade Marketing, Regional Sales, and Store Operations teams to ensure alignment in SPG activities and planogram implementation
- Work with Quality Assurance & Quality Control teams to ensure that SPGs are equipped with accurate and updated product information
What is Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field. (Master’s preferred)
- 5 years+ of experience in space planning, planogram management, or a related field within retail or FMCG industries in managerial position
- Proven experience in managing planogram software and tools (e.g., JDA Space Planning, Blue Yonder, or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising strategies, and consumer behavior.
- Proficient in space planning and merchandising techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Expertise in visual merchandising and retail layout design.
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
