Role Purpose

Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains high-quality talent aligned with business objectives, operational excellence, and long-term workforce planning.

 

Key Responsibilities
    •    Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with corporate manpower planning and business growth.
    •    Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for managerial, technical, and professional roles.
    •    Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
    •    Manage recruitment budgets, timelines, and KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
    •    Strengthen employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction.
    •    Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor regulations, internal policies, and governance standards.
    •    Build, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure consistent hiring quality.
    •    Drive continuous improvement through recruitment analytics and process optimization.

 

Qualifications
    •    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
    •    Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
    •    Strong experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or large-scale operational environments.
    •    Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and hiring practices.
    •    Proven stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
    •    Experience working in large organizations or multinational environments is highly preferred.
