(TK) Technician, Mechanical Maintenance (25260)

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on boiler mechanical components (pipes, valves, pumps, pressure vessels, etc.).
• Ensure all repairs follow SOPs and safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of physical condition and supporting systems.
• Monitor operating parameters to detect potential failures.
• Identify and analyze mechanical issues.
• Provide technical solutions to minimize downtime
• Prepare reports on inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in boiler maintenance.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, and pressure vessels.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of welding, fitting, and alignment.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
