Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development of new coating formulations.

• Test and evaluate coating properties (chemical, physical, mechanical).

• Assess coating performance under environmental conditions (corrosion, humidity, temperature, abrasion).

• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to implement research outcomes.

• Monitor industry trends, standards, and regulations related to coatings.

• Prepare technical reports and provide recommendations for product development.

Qualifications

• Experience in coating R&D preferred.

• Knowledge of coating technologies (epoxy, polyurethane, powder coating, nanocoating).

• Skilled in laboratory analysis and testing methods.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
