(TK) Specialist, Instrument Maintenance (21321)

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty instruments.
• Perform instrument calibration according to schedule and international standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.).
• Prepare regular reports on maintenance, calibration, and repairs.
• Ensure all work complies with safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to instrumentation.
• Propose system and technology improvements to enhance instrument reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on modification or upgrade projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• At least 2 years in automation system, especially PLC SIEMENS, MITSUBISHI, OMRON, TOSHIBA in troubleshooting or design program
• Proficient in control systems (PLC/DCS), sensors, and actuators.
• Knowledge of calibration standards and safety regulations.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, and has knowledge about AC/DC drive , inverter
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
