(TK) Operator, Offset (23666)

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor offset printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials.

• Prepare printing plates, inks, and paper according to job specifications.

• Adjust machine settings (color, alignment, registration, pressure) to ensure accurate output.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.

• Inspect printed materials for quality, consistency, and accuracy.

• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or printing issues.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and customer requirements.

• Record production data and report any issues to supervisors.

• Assist in managing inventory of printing supplies (ink, paper, plates).

Qualifications

• Experience in operating offset printing machines is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of printing processes, color theory, and machine operation.

• Attention to detail and ability to detect printing errors.

• Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team-oriented, disciplined, and willing to work shifts if required.
