Key Responsibilities:
- Operate EB machines according to production requirements.
- Operate the EB machine
- Create initial samples – Control machine speed and machine downtime
- Coordinate with supervisor and supporting team
- Control machine unit by unit (autonomous maintenance: cleaning, lubricating, inspection, tightening + checklist filling)
- Analyze and troubleshoot the machine
- Control capacity and waste (avalan and KWB)
- Replace knife, cliché, wiper, and stitching head
- Check IPQC quality consistently and consequently
- Sort good books and defective books
- Change machine format
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in operating bookbinding or printing machines preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to read measurements accurately.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
