(TK) Operator, EB M/C (25820)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate EB machines according to production requirements.
• Prepare initial samples before starting production runs.
• Control machine speed and minimize downtime to achieve optimal efficiency.
• Coordinate with supervisors and supporting teams for smooth operations.
• Perform autonomous maintenance on each machine unit (cleaning, lubricating, inspection, tightening) and complete checklists.
• Analyze and troubleshoot machine issues promptly.
• Monitor production capacity and control waste (Avalan and KWB).
• Replace machine components such as blades, clichés, wipers, and stitching heads as needed.
• Consistently check product quality through IPQC standards.
• Sort good-quality books from defective ones.
• Change machine formats according to job specifications.

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in operating bookbinding or printing machines preferred.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to read measurements accurately.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
