(TK) Operator, Die Cut (24890)

Job Responsibility:

• Set up and operate die cutting machines based on job specifications and production schedules.

• Inspect materials before and after cutting to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of die cut equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Troubleshoot machine issues and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team.

• Ensure proper alignment, pressure, and cutting depth to avoid material waste.

• Maintain accurate production records and report output to supervisors.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree  or equivalent; technical training in printing or packaging is a plus.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating die cutting machines.

• Familiarity with different types of die cutting equipment (e.g., flatbed, rotary).

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job orders.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
