(TK) Operator, Chemical Preparation (24128)

Job Responsibility :

• Prepare chemical solutions and reagents based on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and formulation sheets.
• Measure, weigh, and mix chemicals using appropriate laboratory equipment.
• Label and store prepared chemicals with correct identification and hazard information.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the chemical preparation area.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and request replenishment when needed.
• Dispose of chemical waste according to environmental and safety guidelines.
• Document preparation activities accurately in logs or digital systems.
• Assist in calibration and maintenance of chemical preparation instruments.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff, production teams, or researchers to meet chemical requirements.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with laboratory practices and chemical handling.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
