(TK) Officer, Production Planning (22174)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans as needed.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve workflow.
• Optimize production processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Track production progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Prepare and submit production reports to management.
• Communicate with sales, logistics, and quality control teams to align production plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and production planning tools.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and inventory management principles.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and planning software.
