(TK) Officer, Logistic (27625)

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor stock levels and track shipments to avoid shortages or delays.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation such as delivery notes, invoices, and customs forms.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in logistics operations.
• Handle logistics-related issues and provide solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Support procurement and production teams with logistics planning and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, transportation methods, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (ERP systems preferred).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
