(TK) Officer, Exim Clearance (23165)

Job Responsibility

• Conduct custom clearance and monitor the process until import cargo arrive at mill

• Prepare and manage export-import documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.

• Coordinate with customs officials, freight forwarders, and other regulatory bodies to facilitate timely clearance of goods.

• Ensure compliance with national and international trade regulations and customs procedures.

• Monitor shipment and clearance status, and provide regular updates to internal teams.

• Handle export-import permits, quarantine documents, and other regulatory requirements.

• Resolve any issues or delays in the clearance process efficiently.

• Maintain organized records and archives of all export-import documentation.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

• At least 1 years of experience in export-import or logistics operations.

• Strong knowledge of INSW, CEISA, and Indonesian customs regulations.

• Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure.
