(TK) Officer, Design & Layout (28182)

Job Description

• Develop and execute creative design concepts for print and digital media.
• Create layouts for brochures, posters, reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.
• Collaborate with marketing, communication, and content teams to deliver impactful designs.
• Prepare final artwork files for production and liaise with printers/vendors when needed.
• Maintain and update design templates and visual guidelines.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance output quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in layout design and graphic production (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW, etc.).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of printing processes and digital publishing standards is an advantage.
• Creative mindset with problem-solving ability.
