Job Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
    • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.
    • Handle order entries accurately and ensure timely delivery.
    • Coordinate with logistics and finance teams for order fulfillment and invoicing.
    • Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems.
