(TK) HR - Specialist Recruiting

Requirement: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field

• Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Proficient in various candidate selection and assessment methods

• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and online recruitment platforms

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong interview and candidate evaluation capabilities (in-person and virtual)

• Ability to analyze workforce needs and labor market trends

• Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines

• High initiative and capable of working independently or as part of a team
