(TK) CUSTOMER SERVICE (23721)

Job Responsibility ;

• Handle customer inquiries related to product availability, order status, delivery schedules, and technical specifications

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met accurately and on time

• Process sales orders, monitor production timelines, and update customers on any changes or delays

• Support the sales team with post-sales service and follow-up

• Provide input to internal teams regarding customer needs, recurring issues, and potential improvements

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related major. 

• Strong communication skills 

• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities

• Detail-oriented and organized in handling documentation and follow-ups

• Team player with good coordination skills across departments

• Basic understanding of production lead times and supply chain processes

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn technical aspects of the products

• Placement in Tjiwi Kimia Mills, Mojokerto
