What You Will Experience:

• Manage and analyze performances related to commercials such as revenue, pricing, profitability, distribution cost, market share, and share of wallet. Propose improvement plan based on current performance vs target
• Conduct internal competition as a part of performance improvement initiative
• Lead and facilitate various improvement projects as assigned
• Develop and maintain online and offline dashboard related to commercial performances
• Manage yearly budget setting development for commercial team and coordinate with operation team
• Analyze and review sales target incentives to ensure alignment with monthly/annual sales budget
• Analyze current processes related to commercial side and standardize them based on best practices and business objectives
• Prepare report and presentations to top management related to performance and improvement initiatives
• Work with diverse teams to come up with the best solution and move people and BUs to act.

What is Required:

• Experience more than 5 years in strategy functions from manufacturing industry or consulting agency with core experience in commercial functions
• Min. Bachelor’ degree, open for all major
• Experience in developing a dashboard and analysis specifically in commercial sector
• Experience using SAP especially for Sales Distribution Module is a must
• Having critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation skills and data analysis
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience of working with pulp/paper/packaging industry or consulting engagements with the same, would be a plus
• This position will be based in Thamrin office, Central Jakarta
