What You Will Experience:

1. Conducting data collection and analysis processes for each Business Unit line for dashboard needs
2. Interpreting achievement data to provide integrated business analysis
3. Monitoring weekly/monthly sales data achievements
4. Conducting operational investigations to maximize the data collection process (if necessary)
5. Conducting analysis of the accuracy of the data collected
6. Providing periodic reports to direct superiors regarding business data analysis Working on additional tasks from superiors that are still within their scope

What is Required:

1. Bachelor degree or above from Accounting/Finance/Business or any other related major.
2. More than 3 years working experiences as business analyst, business development or other relevant experience.
3. Experienced in managing projects on different scales from planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation to process optimization.
4. Have strong design, critical and analytical thinking.
5. Goal & details oriented type of person, able to manage pressure well. 
6. Adaptable, fast learner with high initiative, proactive and responsibility.
7. Structured, organized, self motivated and versatile player with some exposure in strategic or operations.
8. Working location is in Thamrin, Jakarta.
