What You Will Experience:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and performance management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Managing end users
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Contribute to the overall sales and marketing strategy of the business
What is Required:
- Substantial experience (6+ years) in a sales management role, preferably from paper industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering revenue growth
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Tertiary qualifications in business, sales, marketing or a related field
