What You Will Experience:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and performance management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Managing end users
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Contribute to the overall sales and marketing strategy of the business

 

What is Required:

  • Substantial experience (6+ years) in a sales management role, preferably from paper industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering revenue growth
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, sales, marketing or a related field
