What You Will Experience:
- Operation Planning: Planning target/budget execution (Opex & Capex) accurately to achive target operation in effective & efficient.
- Organize Resources: Organize resources (Man power, Raw material, consumables, and Machine/Tools) and collaborate with respective department to optimize research development activities effective and efficient
- Quality Operation Execution: Execute quality management/ business process by facilitating MBOS in Paper Division including meeting cadence, coaching, project review, internal competition, etc.
- Innovation: Execute improvement/automation action plan from reviewing current business processes for continuous performance excellence.
- People Management: Maintain and improve manpower skills capability for people performance by providing leadership to departments under control and coach, mentor and develop direct reports and manage a high performing team that delivers continuous improvement.
- Management System: Lead the implementation sustainability management (ISO, EMS, Safety, MBOS, etc) to make business sustainable and continuously improve.
What is Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/any field with relevant experience in previous job
- Min. 8 years-experience, including 3 years in relevant managerial position with depth concept in related field
