1. JOB PURPOSE                                                
Execute implementation of MBOS especially in Indonesia MBOS Corporate to achieve the targets that have been set and create continous improvement in each Division and Mill.

3 Business Operation Execution Execute quality management/ business process by facilitating olympic system in Corporate Division including meeting cadance, coaching, project review, internal competition, etc. Operation Effectiveness

  Min. Experience 8 years,  including 3 years in relevant managerial position with depth concept in related field
