What You Will Experience:

• Analyse demand data and trends to develop accurate and reliable forecasts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production, inventory, and distribution plans with forecasted demand
• Identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies
• Monitor key performance indicators and continuously refine forecasting models
• Lead a team of demand planning professionals and mentor them for professional development
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on supply chain optimisation

What is Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Engineering, or other related majors.
• Min. 4 years of experience in the paper industry, preferably in Supply Chain and under Commercial team.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrates high initiative, strong energy, and excellent attention to detail.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
• Possesses strong soft skills and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Able to communicate effectively and take full accountability for tasks and outcomes.
• Proven ability in project management, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion
