What You Will Experience:

  • Bottom Price Approval (BPA) Local: Ensure compliance with pricing strategies and approve bottom price levels for local markets.
  • Order Intake Local PPC (OTIF Production): Monitor and manage order intake to ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) production performance.
  • Machine Coverage: Coordinate machine scheduling and coverage with DP and other Assistant Product Managers.
  • Delivery Control (OTIF Shipment): Oversee delivery timelines and ensure OTIF shipment for local PPC orders.
  • SDA Coordination: Collaborate with Product Managers (PM), DP, and APMs on Sales & Demand Alignment (SDA).
  • Product Benchmarking: Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to maintain product positioning.
  • Product Coordination Across Mills: Act as a liaison to streamline product-related processes between three mills.
  • Product Knowledge Trainer: Deliver training sessions and workshops for internal sales teams and external partners.
  • Market & Distributor Visits: Conduct visits to local PPC markets and distributors to gather insights and strengthen relationships.
  • Customer Complaint Handling: Address and resolve product-related customer complaints promptly.
  • Product Development PIC: Serve as the point of contact for new product development initiatives.
  • Stock Control: Manage and monitor stock levels for local inbound warehouses to ensure availability and minimize shortages.


What is Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field, preferably from reputable university.
  • Min. 3 years in product management, supply chain, or operations within the paper manufacturing or related industry.
  • Having good knowledge about sales/marketing strategy, production process, logistic and delivery.
  • Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for delivering workshops and product training.
  • Analytical mindset for product benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Problem-solving skills for handling customer complaints and operational challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Understanding of paper manufacturing processes and photocopy paper specifications.
  • Familiarity with OTIF metrics and supply chain management principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Willing to work at Thamrin, Central Jakarta.
