Job Summary

The OD Manager is responsible for developing and improving the organization, people, and work processes to support business goals. This role manages organizational structure, manpower planning, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and organizational change initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and update organizational structures and job descriptions.
* Support manpower planning and workforce optimization.
* Lead the performance management process and KPI alignment.
* Implement talent management and succession planning programs.
* Identify high-potential employees and support their development.
* Coordinate leadership and employee development initiatives.
* Support organizational change and transformation projects.
* Analyze workforce data and provide recommendations to management.
* Lead OD-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, or HR Development.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
* Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
* Good understanding of organizational design, performance management, and talent development.
