Manager Electrical Maintenance

Job Overview

Manager Electrical Maintenance is responsible for managing electrical maintenance activities to ensure reliable and efficient operation of the mill’s power generation and distribution systems. This role oversees maintenance of generators, transformers, switchgear, protection systems, and high-voltage networks supporting continuous plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Lead electrical maintenance for power plant equipment, including generators, transformers, switchgear, and electrical distribution systems.
    •    Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
    •    Coordinate troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for electrical failures.
    •    Support electrical system upgrades, shutdown maintenance, and improvement projects.
    •    Manage and develop electrical engineers, supervisors, and technicians while promoting a strong safety culture.
    •    Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and operational regulations.

Qualifications
    •    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
    •    Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance within power plants or heavy industrial environments.
    •    Strong knowledge of power generation systems, high-voltage equipment, protection systems, and electrical distribution.
    •    Proven leadership and experience managing maintenance teams
