Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive people development strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify skill gaps and create targeted learning initiatives.
- Partner with Academy teams to align training with recruitment and retention goals.
- Implement tools and frameworks for performance management and feedback.
- Promote a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in learning & development, organizational development, or HR.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience managing development programs across diverse teams and functions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Certification in L&D, coaching, or HR (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-SCP, ATD).
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and LMS systems.
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
- Willing to relocated in Serang, Banten
