Job Description

  • Payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance, employee record keeping. 
  • Managing absence, employee data, processing leaves, contract pension, overtime, and handling benefits claims.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
  • Investigate employee relations issues and work to ensure human resources-related decisions are consistent and fair.
  • Review employee final payments for accuracy and compliance with labour laws.
  • Develop and implement procedures for the efficient processing of HR-related paperwork.
  • Manage HR-related data and record-keeping systems, including electronic and paper files.
  • Supervise day-to-day HR operations and measure performance against defined KPIs 
  • Oversee the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Manages Outsourcing (OS) end to end

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another similar field
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR operations or HR Administration, preferably in a managerial role
  • Understand about Labour Law & Employment Regulations is a must
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
  • Experienced in managing Outsourcing Employee
  • In-depth knowledge of general HR policies and procedures and relevant local, state, and federal regulations
