HSE Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Deliver HSE training and awareness programs.
• Monitor and report HSE performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage HSE documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE management.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Have technical knowledge of Chemical/ Hazardous materials handling, paper maker (preferably), fire protection, turbines and power plants.
• Have strong communication, inter personal skill, good presentation skill, good leadership and team work.
• Hold s General K3 Expert Certificate, ISO 45001 or preferably SMK3
• Willing to stay in Serang, Banten
