(IKS) Supervisor Production

Qualifications:

• Min, Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or others related to the position.
• At Least 5 Years prior work in Manufacturing or process industries, carton box or others related
• Excellent for analyst data and detail oriented.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills 
• Willing to be placed at Kragilan, Serang - Banten.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management

  • Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet customer demands.

  • Ensure optimal use of raw materials, machinery, and manpower.

  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime

• Team Leadership

  • Supervise and train production staff, fostering skill development.

  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback.

  • Promote teamwork and maintain discipline on the shop floor.

• Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.

  • Implement lean manufacturing and 5S practices.

  • Collaborate with management on new technologies and methods.
