2) Experience in supervision of Civil construction works preferably in Pulp & paper Project, Power Plants or similar industrial projects are a plus points.3) Good knowledge of Civil specifications and Indonesian codes
4) Able to see and forecast the possible problem in term of work sequence between civil work to civil work, also civil work to other discipline work (MEIA)
