-Knowledge of Civil and Structural works sequences and reading of construction drawings.
-Familiar with units of measurement, various types of civil and structural works-Check and ensure all Contractors civil works to ensure those are as per the specifications, drawing and technical requirements.-Check all contractors work volumes and ensure they are as per the contract. -Check and verify contractor monthly progress reports are correct as per the works executed. -Estimate total volume of works for each contract -Prepare final quantities as per the works completed and ensure all the works are as per the contract. |
