TECHNICIAN CIVIL (QS )

1) Prepare Bill of quantities, Quantity measurement methods and formats.
2) Check and ensure all Contractors civil works to ensure those are as per the specifications, drawing and technical requirements.3) Check all contractors work volumes and ensure they are as per the contract.
4) Check and verify contractor monthly progress reports are correct as per the works executed.
5) Estimate total volume of works for each contract
6) Prepare final quantities as per the works completed and ensure all the works are as per the contract.
