SENIOR EXPERT, GCC (COATING / CCK)

Key Responsibilities
    •    Optimize GCC coating formulations and application across paper machines and coating lines.
    •    Troubleshoot coating defects and runnability issues.
    •    Ensure coated paper quality meets internal and customer specifications.
    •    Improve cost efficiency through optimized GCC usage and coating recipes.
    •    Support product development, trials, and process improvements.
    •    Coach and transfer coating knowledge to production and quality teams.
    •    Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Procurement, and suppliers.

Qualifications
    •    Bachelor’s/Master’s in Chemical Engineering, Pulp & Paper, or related field.
    •    10+ years experience in paper production with strong GCC coating expertise.
    •    Strong understanding of coating chemistry, rheology, and coated paper performance.
