Operator, DCS Winder

1. Operate and control the Winder process through the Distributed Control System (DCS) to ensure safe, stable, and efficient production in accordance with established operating procedures and production targets.
2. Monitor and optimize critical process parameters, including machine speed, web tension, roll diameter, and winding quality, to ensure compliance with product specifications and customer requirements.

3. Identify, analyze, and perform first-level troubleshooting of process abnormalities, alarms, and operational disturbances to minimize downtime and maintain production continuity.

4. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards, including adherence to SOPs, occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements, and workplace organization principles such as 5S.

5. Maintain accurate production records and operational reports, including production performance, downtime events, and process deviations, while actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
